Our district manager does not care about their employees, what's so ever. Small staff and someone is exposed to covid, but another is it's a completely different precaution for each person, apparently. One can work still with staying six ft away from people while the other can not work, both have not been tested. Team is not comfortable working here anymore.

When people are exposed to someone with covid that they live with or come back positive but the district manager doesnt believe them thats kinda messed up. The whole staff walked out because of how poorly it was handled

I was sent the wrong item.

Rue 21 - I was sent the wrong item.
I ordered a pair of pants, three pairs of shoes, and a hand bag. And I received two pair of pants and that was it, not only that. But they were size 18 and Im a size 12. So the order was completely wrong and Im frustrated because I cant get ahold of someone.

I was treated unfair as a customer and cheated out of my money

I never got back the money I spent at Rue 21 due to Rude Management and unfair policies as stated by the manager. I spent almost $200 that day and got nothing but Attitude and beat out of my money.

No delivery

I paid 30 extra from my stuff to be shipped and here in time.. to not recieve my stuff untill god knows when.. how do you charge extra money but dont get the packages there on time.. ive just spent over 500 in your store and online at your store in the last 2 days. this is absolutely ridiculous. I never would have paid extra money for it to arrive earlier or ordered online if that was the case

You have employee fraud. You have a manager that is dating a woman named Madi, Who clocks her in, but Madi does not even work there. Management is horrible and when other employees try to help customers the managers are rude and very unprofessional in front of guests. This is even pertaining to the new part time management. No employees should be treated as dirt like your management treats their employees.

I ordered some stuff online like a week ago. My stuff was suppose to be shipped to the store today .

Then I get a email saying the store is closed due to the corona virus . I see that fed ex tried to make the delivery. So I called rue21 866 number and its like a automatic thing saying they updating or something please email !! So I email and its all automatic responses !

I couldnt speak to anyone!!!! I called fedex to see if I can change to pick up at fed ex location they said only shipper can make changes im so upset !!my birthday is in a few days and Im not getting my order because of rue21 lack of everything!!! Im so pissed!! I never shop or buy my self anything then when I finally do for my birthday I dont get my stuff !

I want my order like it said when I ordered it! The corona virus or not I should be able to speak to someone for convenience due to my order ! So I can actually get it!! Im so mad !

Then the email said they shipping everything back to the warehouse and will issue me a refund!! I want my order!!

I wanna be able to speak to someone!!! I wanna scream !!

I bought $400 worth of things from the website. The merchandise before sale was $600 worth. Rue 21 shipped my box of stuff with no signature required despite my request. Someone stole my package and Rue 21 responded with a e mail s as ting they don't cover lost or damaged packages, next time I should hanger it shipped to a safer place!!! Now I'm out $400

I went to the store at the leeds outlet and I had a really good experience until I asked a young lady a question about the promotions and she really had a nasty attitude like she did not want to help.i don't know her name but I know she had on a scarf on her head...another young lady help me and was really helpful.
